being a teacher.. is simply damn superb.. seriously i enjoy being one!! the school i am attached to now...isnt a first class school but it is the total opposite... students are rough and wild... they are just like that... some are mothers even they are only form 3 and for the boys ...they are holding the responsibility of a father even they are only form 4... no joke dude..this is the scenario in most daily schools... i was shocked when a form 5 boy came to me and said "cikgu kerja la saya...mau beli susu untuk anak..57 ringgit ohh" (teacher i am working, i need to buy milk for my child..it is rm57) ... auch... it is like...damn shocking for me... one part of me i really felt sorry for this poor boy..but... isnt he too fast... ? he is working in a night market to support his form 4 wife and a 4 months old child. ..
sometimes i do wonder why do i enjoy being a teacher in this kinda of school..the thing is basically in this school i am not only teaching my core subject but the fact is i am moulding the students...shaping them to be a better person... which without realizing gives me satisfaction...eternal satisfaction...
i have learnt one basic rule in dealing with this kinda of students....give love...show love to them..n you see miracle happens in your life...love is most powerful tool that heals/repairs/ and strengten the bond between you and your students......
i feel like i am a princess in the school.. the love and appreciation that i have got / am getting is simply amazing...:)
